Tis' the Season...

I never thought I would be the "blogging type". I have been reading some friends' blogs and they have inspired me. This blog will be used more as a tool for me to remember things that have happened. I have a horrible memory and this will act as my "journal". I am not a professional writer by any means, and sometimes I ramble. Please forgive me. I teach kindergarten for Pete's sake! :)

Life has been very exciting lately. The past few months, God has really been teaching me and Daniel that he is in complete control of our lives. I am such a planner, organizer, and want to have everything going according to my plan, but I am beginning to learn that maybe that is not what God has in store for us. This has not been the easiest lesson to learn.

On to a lighter note, we had so much needed fun with my family this weekend. We went to Fayetteville and watched the Razorback basketball game yesterday.

This week is going to be very exhausting and exciting. I have 2 more days of school :) Woohoo! Then we are on to the Christmas extravaganza's. This year Daniel has to work on Christmas Eve so I will go to my Nana's without him, but then he will be able to join us on Christmas day. I cannot wait, Christmas this year is going to be extra special!
